Welcome to 1978 and the groove of Disco and Motown has Deloris Van Cartier crowned Lady Fabulous as she powers up her vocals and dance moves for the city of Philadelphia! Deloris finds herself in a dangerous situation when she accidentally sees her boyfriend “take care” of a man. She is whisked away to a convent under the witness protection program. A world away from her former life she must find a way to adapt with a group of nuns. The hysterical story of Deloris teaching the sisters to find their voice, raise it and finally bring down the house with a fabulous score will have audiences laughing and singing all weekend long!
